Purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.
If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing [email protected] for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.
Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.
For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.
We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration.

All products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Print your email receipt and package the product up with the copy of the receipt.

The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition. The purchaser is responsible for their postage on returns.

2-4 business days, some country locations may take up to 6 business days
All parcels are sent via Australia Post and are registered we offer a flat rate postage fee of $10 or free postage on sales over $200 within Australia.
We ship worldwide from Paynesville, Australia. Parcels sent internationally are tracked.

If you have ordered a print these estimates are for delivery after your print has arrived in the studio.
All other items in stock will be sent within 48hrs of receiving your order, all made to order items will be sent within 2-4 weeks.

Can I track my item?
Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email to confirm shipment.
You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email from Australia Post.
I’ve ordered a print, when will my order be sent?
All photographic prints are custom printed just for you and sent to our studio to be signed, dated and numbered in pencil. Unframed fine art prints are sent from my studio within 10 business days.
Small, medium and large unframed prints are rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube.

All home furnishings and wares will be sent to you using compostable shipping bags and no plastic!

How to care for your photographic print
To ensure the longevity of your photographic print we recommend that you keep your print out of direct sunlight and have it framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board and professional gallery glass.

All prints are signed and printed on archival museum-grade quality fine art paper.
Limited edition photographic prints are available in medium and large.
Small A3 size are open editions, not limited.
The difference between a limited edition print and an open edition print is a limited edition print is only available in a limited quantity.
An open edition is not numbered and the quantity is not limited. Both prints are signed, only the limited edition is numbered.
All images are printed in Melbourne, Australia.
If you have seen a photograph of mine that you love but it’s not offered in my shop I am more than happy to arrange a custom print for you.
I am also happy to print your favourite artwork in a custom size for you.

Linen Care Instructions
Please turn your linen product inside out & gently machine wash in cold water with a gentle liquid detergent.
Please don’t wring, rub or tumble dry you linen product.
By caring for you linen this way you will be protecting it’s image & natural fibres. Drip dry flat in the shade. Also dry cleanable.
